The Corporate Office portal allows you to approve payments and to move payments to a hold or forfeit status.
Here’s an interactive tutorial for the visual learners:
Click the Commissions tab.

You are now on the Commission Runs page.
From the Commission Runs page, click the Payables tab on the left sidebar.

On the Payables page, click the Pay tab to view the associates who are scheduled to receive commission payments.

The list of associates scheduled to receive payments is now visible.
Under the Associate Status - Active section, click on the arrow next to the name to see where the payments are derived (specific commission runs or payment adjustments).

Click the arrow next to the desired associates name.

Click the Move button in the Actions column.

Note: In this guide, the payment will be forfeited.
In the Move Payable pop-up window, click the Move to dropdown, and select Forfeit (as “Force Forfeit”).

In the Reason text field, type the reason the payment is being moved to a forfeit status.

Click the Move button in the bottom right corner.

Under the name of the associate, there will be a green dialog box that indicates a successful move.

Click on Forfeit tab at the top of the screen, and click the arrow next to the associate to verify the payment is in forfeit status.
