The Corporate Office portal allows you to easily change the status of an associate.
Here’s an interactive tutorial for the visual learners
Click the Associates tab.

You are now on the Find Associates page.
On the Find Associates page, in the search bar, type the name of the associates whose status is to be adjusted and press enter on your keyboard to search.

In the search result, click the name of the desired associate.

You are now on the Associate Detail page for the associate.
On the Associate Detail page, click Change Status tab.

The Change Status pop-up window opens.
In the Change Status pop-up window, click the dropdown bar to view available statuses.

Select the status to be applied to the associate.

In this case, it will be Suspended.
Click the Update Status button in the bottom right corner.

The status of the associate has been changed from Active with a green box to Suspended with a red box below the name.

Note: The result and consequences of changing the associate status will vary depending on how the compensation plan is programmed.
