In Corporate Office, the Coupons page allows you to create coupons in order to set up discounts to support promotions.
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Sales > Coupons
The Period Selector tool allows you to view historical coupons.
Note: The default on this page is last 7 days. You can, however, select any date range desired to view orders in that period.
Search/filter through the coupons by using the search bar located at the top of the page. The search will only show results within the selected time period.
+New Coupon Button
This button opens the Create New Coupon pop-up window, where you fill out information to make a new coupon.
Create New Coupon Pop-up Window
Coupon Type: Select whether the coupon will be an Item Discount, Order Discount, or Shipping Discount.
Min. Item Quantity: Type a required minimum item quantity the user must add to their cart for the coupon to apply.
Discount Type: Select whether the discount will be a percentage or dollar amount.
Discount: After selecting the Discount Type, type the numerical amount.
Coupon Code: The unique code the user will type into an order's Coupon Code(s) text field.
Order Type: Select the type of order the coupon will discount.
Begin and End Dates: Select the period the coupon will work.
SKUs: Select one or more SKUs the coupon will apply.
Regions: Select the region(s) the coupon will apply.
Back Office IDs: Type any specific associate's IDs. You can have special coupons for certain associates.
Associate Search Bar: Use this search to find associates. The above Back Office IDs text field will autofill with their ID(s).
Recurring Checkbox: Select whether or not the coupon recurs.
This list displays on the Coupons page detailing information about existing coupons in the different sections.
Edit and Delete Buttons
The Edit button opens the Edit Coupon Details pop-up window, contains the same fields as the Create New Coupon pop-up window.
The Delete button deletes the coupon and cannot be recovered.
