The WebSites & BackOffice page, withing Corporate Office, provides the ability to reset an Associate’s password and view their replicated site addresses.
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Associates > Find Associates > Associate Detail > Click the WebSites & BackOffice tab.
Reset Password Button
The associate’s password for the Web Office can be manually reset by a support rep here. Once the password is reset, the associate can log in to their Web Office and reset the password to be more personal and secure.
Note: There is no notification sent from Corporate Office if the associate’s password is updated through this method.
Disable Login Button
The Independent Associates account can be disabled, preventing Distributor Portal login.
When the Disable Login button is clicked, a pop-up will be called for confirmation.
Note: If Disable Account is clicked, the Associate will be unable to login to the Distributor Portal. They will receive the following error on the login page if attempted:
If an account is disabled, the button changes to say Enable Account. Click this button to re-enable login.
Impersonate in Office Button
This is an additional path to login to the Associate’s Web Office site.
The website summary is the Associate’s personal replicated site address. To view the website, select the address under URL.
Important: The Add Website and Delete buttons are not recommended for use on this page.
Add Website Button
This button opens the Add Website pop-up
The Check Available button checks the system to see if the entered URL is free to use.
Associate - Navigates you to the Associate Detail page.
Delete button - This button deletes the website.
