Adding Web Office Navigation Links

You can add links to the main navigation for the Web Office. These can be internal or external links; the links nest in folders creating two-tier navigation.

The default navigation contains links to a selection of pages organized so Associates can find the tools they need to succeed. With the Site Navigation page, you can customize the folder names, links, and icons.

Web Office Navigation Options

There are two options to add to the Web Office navigation:

  1. Folder - Acts as top-level navigation.

    Links nest under each folder creating a dropdown effect in the Web Office.

    Folders inherit the link’s MFC settings nested within the folder.

  2. Link - Add the link to the navigation bar.

    This can be a top-level link (appears on the navigation bar) or nested within a folder.

    The links can be Web Office pages, Custom Pages built with Web Office Admin, or to external sites.

Adding a Folder

  1. Click ADD NEW, then select Add Folder.

    The Add Folder pop-up window opens.

  2. In the pop-up, enter the folder’s Name.

  3. Click the Menu Icon dropdown and select an icon from the icon library.

  4. Click SAVE.

Added folders are not published in the Web Office until they contain a published link.

Adding a Link

  1. Click ADD NEW, then select Add Link.

    The Add Link pop-up window opens.

  2. (Optional) In the pop-up, select the Parent Folder (Top-Level Link).

    This creates a dropdown with any nested links in the navigation bar.

  3. Enter the Link Name.

  4. Select a Menu Icon that will appear next to a top-level link.

  5. Enter Link URL the link.

    • For internal: Type the relative path to a Web Office page (preceded by a forward slash, such as /Testimonials).

    • For external: Enter the full URL with the protocol (for example,

  6. Select the Open in New Window checkbox to open the link in a new browser tab when clicked.

    Recommended for external links.

  7. Click the Published toggle on to publish the link after saving.

  8. The rest of the settings are Multi-Faceted Configuration (MFC).

    Enter your specific configurations for who can view the link.

  9. Click SAVE.

Changing Link Navigation Bar Position

Click and drag a list item to change the order the folders/links appear in the Web Office navigation.
