The Associates section is the first section you see in Corporate Office. Here, you can manage your associates’ details, review their AutoShips, tree placement, and adjust commission volume. With this tutorial, you’ll be able to learn about the tools available in this section and how to use them.
In Corporate Office, click the Associates tab.
When you login to Corporate Office, the Find Associate page is where you land. Here, you can use the search bar to find associates and view/edit their details. If you need to add a new associate, click the + New Associate button on this page (see Adding an Associate below).
Associate Detail Page
The Associate Detail page is where you can find everything you need to know about an associate, make adjustments to their profile, create orders for them, and view their Web Office. You access this page by clicking an associate’s name link.
The Add Associate page is a form where you enter your new associate’s account credentials, personal information, and address. You access this page by clicking the + New Associate button on the Find Associate page, or the New Associate button in an associate’s detail page.
The AutoShips page is where you go to view and forecast current AutoShip orders by displaying the status of the AutoShip orders that have been processed for the current month, and are set to be processed.
The Movements page is where you move/delete associates from different trees to modify uplines and downlines.
The Volume Adjustments page features a tool that allows you to add or deduct volume from an associate’s account.
