13 Steps to complete
The Corporate Office portal lets you easily make exchanges. Exchanges are handled differently per client depending on company policy.
Click the Associates tab.

You are now on the Find Associates page.
On the Find Associates page, use the search bar to find the desired associate.

Select the desired associate in the results to navigate to the Associate Detail page.

On the Associate Detail page, click the New Corporate Order tab.

You are brought to the New Corporate Order page.
Use the search bar or the sidebar to find the item that is being returned or replaced.

Click the Add to cart button to add the item that is being returned or replaced to the cart.

Use the above method to add the new item that will be sent to the associate to the cart.
In the Shopping Cart sidebar, click the View Cart button.

You are brought to an expanded shopping cart page.
In the Quantity text field, type the quantity as a negative value (-1) on the product being returned.

Note: This gives negative volume and price, cancelling out the returned product and adding it back to inventory.
Click the Checkout button to proceed to the Checkout page.

On the Checkout page, click the radio button next to the desired payment method to select it, or click the Add Payment Method button add anew payment method.

In the Shipping Method dropdown, select a shipping method for the exchange.

Click the Place Order button to place your order.

Note: The new product will be shipped to the associate. If the exchange isn’t a 1:1 dollar amount, the associate will be charged the difference.
