The Data and Commissions Portal allows for the creation of payment adjustments to associates, like reimbursements, cash awards, or other cash payments.
Here’s an interactive tutorial for the visual learners:
Click the Commissions tab to navigate to the Commissions Runs page.
On the Commission Runs page, click the Payables tab on the left sidebar.

On the Payables page, click the +Adjustment button on the right to expand the dropdown menu.

Note: The option is available to add one new adjustment or import multiple adjustments from an import file. In this example, one adjustment will be added.
Click Add new adjustment in the +Adjustments dropdown.

The Add Adjustment pop-up window will open.
In the Associate text field, type the Name or ID of the associate who will receive a payment adjustment.

In the Amount text field, type the amount of the adjustment.

In the Taxable? dropdown, select Yes if the amount is taxable.

In the Description text field, type the description of the adjustment.

In the Notes text field, type any notes on the adjustment.

In the Approved By text field, type the name of the user who approved this adjustment.

When finished, Click the Add Adjustment button in the bottom right corner.

Note: The Add Adjustment pop-up window closes bringing you back to the Payables page.
On the Payables page, under the Reason section, click the arrow next to Associate Status - Active.

Click the arrow next to the associate's name who's commission payment was adjusted to verify the adjustment.

Click the Options button to make any further adjustments.
