14 steps to complete
The Corporate Office portal has the tools to easily create new associates.
Click the Associates tab.

You are now on the Find Associates page.
On the Find Associate page, click the + New Associate button on the right.

Alternatively, on the Associate Detail page, click on the New Associate button.

After clicking the New Associate button from either method, you will land on the Add Associate page.
On the Add Associate page, in the dropdown, choose a country for the new associate.

After making a selection in the dropdown, account information data fields will appear for Account Information, Personal Information, Billing Address, and Shipping Address.
In the Account Information section, in the Sponsor ID text field, type the sponsor ID.

Note: You can enter the ID directly or you can search for the ID by name.
In the Associate Type dropdown, select the associate type.

Note: You may have different options than those in the image.
Enter the associate’s email
Enter the associate’s username.
Enter the associate’s password.
Enter the associate’s preferred language.
Note: The available languages were defined as part of your initial configuration. If you need to add/edit/remove languages, contact your Account Manager.
In the Personal Information section, enter the demographic information for the new associate (First Name, Last Name, Phone, Birth Date (mm/dd/yyyy), and SSN/FIN/VAT#).
Note: If the associate wishes to include initials as part of their name (such as the middle name), enter the initials as part of the first name.

In the Billing Address and Shipping Address sections, complete the necessary address fields (Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, and Postal Code).

Note: If these addresses are the same, click the Same as my billing address checkbox.

Click the Accepts Terms and Conditions checkbox once the new associate information has been entered.

Important: This must be checked to create the account.
Uncheck the Send Welcome Email checkbox to disable this feature, if desired.

Click the Create Account button to complete the account creation.
