In the Corporate Office portal, the AutoShip & Services page will show the details of an associate’s active AutoShips and subscriptions, and offer the ability to add a new AutoShip.
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Associates > Find Associates > Associate Detail > Click the AutoShip & Services tab.
Note: All updates to AutoShips can also be done in the Web Office by the associate.

Add AutoShip Button
This button opens the Add AutoShip page.
Add AutoShip Page
This page is where all essential information for a new AutoShip is entered.

Process AutoShip Button
The Process Autoship button will run the AutoShip order immediately, rather than having the associate wait until the next AutoShip date. The system will mark the order as processed for the period and not charge the associate until the next run date.
When clicked, the Process AutoShip pop-up window opens.
E.g, An associate's AutoShip is set to process automatically on January 15th. They call in on December 31st and ask for it to be processed for the period. A support rep selects Process AutoShip, and runs the order for the period. Because the AutoShip was processed manually, it will still process on that next scheduled date of January 15th. However, if it is manually processed the same day as the next process date of January 15th, then it would push it out to February 15th.
Mark Processed button
This button currently has no functionality.
This button opens the Edit AutoShip page.
Note: The Edit AutoShip page is identical to the Add AutoShip page. For more information, see: Associate Detail Tutorial > AutoShips & Services > Add AutoShip.
Cancel AutoShip button
The Cancel AutoShip button will cancel the recurring order for the associate. Selecting this button will call a pop-up on the page where the support rep can add notes. These notes will be logged on the service log, located on the associate summary.
Calculate Estimated Total button
This button will estimate the total cost of the Autoship, taking into account the shipping method and the tax cost.
AutoShip Detail Section
AutoShip Period - Displays when and how often the item AutoShips, as well as the shipping and payment method. Edit these details in the Edit AutoShip page.
AutoShip Status - Displays the current status of the AutoShip.
Shipping Address - Displays the customer's shipping address.
AutoShip Item Summary - Displays a summary of the item being AutoShipped.
Order History Section
This field tracks the history of an AutoShip, giving details of each processed AutoShip.
This log tracks any actions done to a AutoShip.
This tab displays the expiration date of an AutoShip that provides services and allows you to edit that date.
This button opens the Edit Service pop-up. In that pop-up you can edit the expiration date on a specific service.
This is done under the Expiration Date period selector.
Note: The name of service cannot be altered in this pop-up.
