The Inventory section is where you manage your inventory items, warehouses, and shipping in Corporate Office. Here, you can add new products, categories, warehouses, and shipping methods, as well as manage stock levels, purchase orders, and transfer and receive inventory between warehouses.
In Corporate Office, click the Inventory tab.
The Inventory Items page is the first page you see in the Inventory Section of the Corporate Office. On this page you can setup up all the details and configurations for your products.
The The Stock Levels page, allows you to monitor the amount of stock in your warehouses, manually adjust the amounts, add more items to warehouses, and easily create and commit stock reports.
The Shipments page lets you easily check whether an order has been shipped.
When some or all of a shipped order needs to be returned, you must first generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA page allows you to view the current RMA details.
If you have multiple warehouses configured, you can transfer inventory between them using the Transfers page. Quickly print, pick, edit, and ship your transfers directly from this page.
The Purchase Orders page allows you to replenish stock from your vendors and warehouses.
The Receiving page is a simple page that allows you to receive returned or transferred inventory once they arrive to a warehouse.
The Vendors page allows you to configure all the vendors from where you products come. Vendors are use to replenish warehouse stock when making Purchase Orders.
Warehouses and Shipping Methods
The Warehouses page is where you configure the warehouses from where your orders will be fulfilled. Within each warehouse setup is where you add Shipping Methods based on per pound or fixed rate, variable shipping table, or 3PL calculations.
The Categories page create the categories your products will be organized under in the various shops. A category will not show on ordering flows until there are products added to them with the correct configurations, and inventory items will not show up unless correctly assigned to a category.
The Stores page is where you configure where inventory items display on the front end, such as Corporate, Wholesale, and Retail.
