The Administration section is where you can edit advanced settings and configurations in Corporate Office. Most of these settings will be configured during integration with DirectScale and shouldn’t be changed without guidance. Contact your support for more information.
In Corporate Office, click the Administration tab.
the Admin Dashboard or Business Information page displays the address of the company headquarters. This is the address that will appear on order invoices that are accessed through Corporate Office.
The Payment Methods or Payment Maps page is used to set up the payment maps for ordering and enrollment.
The Regions page is where you to group locations together. This is in an effort to create groups for easier payment mapping and inventory setup.
The Countries page provides a list of countries that are available in Corporate Office, or that are ready for configuration.
The Languages or Active Language page displays the languages that are active and available to associates. These are added and configured by DirectScale.
The Currency page displays all currencies available for use. This page allows currencies to be added and removed. It also allows configuration of currencies and exchange rates.
the Associate Statuses or Configure Associate Statuses page is where you view and create statuses that can be assigned to associates.
The Email Settings page is where you manage your SMTP credentials and customize email templates for corporate communication.
The Sales Tax page is where you add tax classes. The tax class selection contains the codes that the tax provider supplies (Squire, Avalara, etc.). These sales tax codes are used when setting up inventory items. When the items are purchased, the code is communicated back to the provider and the proper tax amount is charged to the item.
The SQL Manager is where you can run queries to view and edit the data in the live database. Only top-level admins should have access to this page and they should be well-versed in SQL, as well.
