What We’ll Cover
The Corporate Office portal has a number of prebuilt reports available. These reports are provided to all DirectScale clients and feature essential reporting of your current associates and their ranks. Reports pull tables from the replicated database.
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Reports > Associate Reports.
Note: the Reports section is a new feature. Previous versions of the Corporate Office portal don’t have a Reports section. Instead, the Associates and Sales sections have a Reports tab in their sidebar navigation.
Reports that track current associates and their communication preferences.
The New Associates report features a Summary section that details Enrollments by Associate Type and Status for the chosen time period.
The Export Only reports export in a .CSV file. These report lists all associates with email and text communication preferences set up.
Reports that track rank-related activities
Reports that track current associates on AutoShip.
Features requested reports built during the implementation stage prior to launch and will vary by client.
