Training Courses are created to assist associates in learning new skills and tracking their progress. Training can include a variety of different formats including reading material, videos, event registration, and tips or tricks to help reach goals. The Training courses are added through the Web Office Admin, and display to an associate in the Web Office.
Before you add Tasks, you may want to add Courses and Steps.

There are three sections that will need to be addressed when adding content: Courses, Steps, and Tasks. A Task is the action to be completed by the associate and is nested under the Steps and Courses. This guide will show you the steps involved in adding a new training task.

In Web Office Admin, navigate to: Content Management > Training Courses.
On the Training page, click the + ADD NEW button, and select Add Task.
The Add Task pop-up window opens.
In the pop-up, assign the task a Name.
In the Description TinyMCE Editor, insert text and media that will make up your task.

Click the Course dropdown, and select the course the task will be nested under.
Click the Step dropdown, and select the step the task will be nested under.
Click the Published toggle on to publish the task now after you save the configuration.
Alternatively, you can publish the task from the Training Courses List by clicking the Publish icon.
The rest of the settings are Multi-Faceted Configuration (MFC).
Enter your specific configurations on who can view the banner.

When finished, click SAVE to add your new task.
Your task appears in the Training List under the selected Step and Course.
Important: Now that a task has been published, the corresponding step and course will be visible in Web Office.
