The Testimonials page allows you to highlight positive reviews or associate success stories that will encourage other users. Associates will be able to view and share the testimonials to public outlets.
Testimonials can be collected by you, or they can be be submitted by associates/customers through the Web Office. The submissions will be sent to a company email for approval where they can be selected for use.

In Web Office Admin, navigate to: Content Management > Testimonials.
On the Testimonials page, click the + ADD TESTIMONIAL button.
The Add Testimonial pop-up window opens.
Click the User Type dropdown and make a selection.

- If Distributor: Continue to Step 3.
- If Customer: Skip to Step 5.
In the Distributor ID text field, type the distributor’s/associate’s ID.
Note: the Distributor/Associate ID can be found in Corporate Office. For more detail, see: 1.1.1. Viewing an Associate’s Detail Summary.
Click the SEARCH button.
The pop-up window will expand and the associate’s name will autofill into the Name field.
Skip to Step 6.
In the Name text field, type the customer’s name.
Under the Preview Image section, click the CLICK TO SELECT IMAGE area.
Your computer’s file finder dialog box will open.
Navigate to your image and click Open.
Important: The image must be JPG/PNG, square (at least 200 x 200), and less than 50 MB to upload.
Alternatively, under the Image section, click the dropdown, and select Enter Image URL:
In the Image URL field, type the URL to the image file.
Use this when an image is hosted in a cloud-based app or in your own CMS with a public URL. Use the complete URL including
In the Occupation text field, type the customer’s/associate’s occupation.
In the Favorite Product (tags) text field, type any relevant tags related to the customer’s/associate’s favorite product.
In order for these to work, a comma needs to be added between each product, or you can press Enter between each product.
In the Testimonial Focus (tags) text field, type any relevant tags related to the customer’s/associate’s testimonial.
In the My Story (Testimonial) TinyMCE Editor, type the provided testimonial.
The rest of the settings Multi-Faceted Configuration (MFC).
Enter your specific configurations on who can view the testimonial.
When finished, Click SAVE.
Reminder: The testimonial will only show in the Web Office for the logged-in associate if it is published and the correct configuration settings are in place.
