How to Edit Email Templates
8 steps to complete.
The Email Templates page gives clients the ability to update and personalize the template of all transaction emails coming out of Corporate Office. This includes both the built-in emails that all clients have (Welcome Email, Order Confirmation, etc) as well as any custom email created in the Client Extension.
In Corporate Office, click the Administration tab.

Click the Email Settings tab in the left sidebar.

In the Email Settings page, click the Edit Email Templates tab.

In the Edit Email Templates tab, click the Template dropdown, and select the appropriate template to edit.

In the Subject text field, type a relevant email subject line.

In the TinyMCE text editor, use the formatting tools to make your edits.

If you want to insert an image:
- Place your mouse cursor in the template editor where you want the image to be inserted.
- Click Insert > Image. The Select Image pop-up window opens.
- Select from uploaded images, or click the Upload button to select and image from your computer.
- Click the Select Image button to insert your image into the email template.
Click View, then Source Code to edit the HTML of the template, if applicable.

Click the Save Changes button, when finished.

Any new custom emails still need to be added to your Client Extension before they will show up in the editor.
Email variables (fields available for dynamic text replacement) are currently client specific for all email types and have been provided to each client here. Default system emails will be moving to standard defined variables soon.
