6 Steps to complete
Often people enter the wrong email address on their enrollment application or order. The Corporate Office portal allows you to easily resend the Welcome Email an associate receives after enrollment.
Click the Associates tab.

You are now on the Find Associates page.
On the Find Associates page, in the search bar, type the name of the associates whose status is to be adjusted and press Enter on your keyboard to search.

In the search result, click the name of the associate.

You are now on the Associate Detail page for the associate.
In the Associate Detail widget, ensure that the correct email address is on file.

If not, edit the associate details. For more information, see: How to Update Associate Information.
On the Associate Detail page, click Resend Welcome Email button.

The Resend Welcome Email pop-up window opens.
In the Resend Welcome Email pop-up window, click the Send Email button.

The emails sends immediately.
