6 Steps to complete
Often people enter the wrong email address on their enrollment application or order. The Corporate Office portal allows you to easily resend the Order Confirmation Email an associate receives after making an order.
Although this how-to shows one way to access the Order Detail page, it can be accessed in several ways:
Sales > Orders > Click the order number.
Associates > Associate Detail > Order History > Click the order number.

In Corporate Office, click the Associates tab.

You are now on the Find Associates page.
On the Find Associate page, click the Associate dropdown.

A selection menu reveals two options: Associate and Order.
In the selection menu, click Order.

You are now on the Find Orders page.

On the Find Orders page, in the search bar, type an order number and press Enter on your keyboard.

Note: With small numbers (i.e., single or double digit numbers), users will get multiple search results because the search engine is scanning name, email, phone number, notes, and orders.
It’s important to have the exact order number.
In the search results list, in the Order Number column, click the applicable order number.

You are now on the Order Detail page.
On the Order Detail page, click Resend Order Receipt button.

The Resend Order Receipt pop-up window opens.
In the Resend Order Receipt pop-up window, click the Send Email button.

The emails sends immediately.
