Click Commissions > Payables.
Click the tab that the associates payable is located on: Pay, Hold, or Forfeit.
Search for and select the desired payable.
Click the arrow next to the associate name.
This will reveal a Move button next to each payable.
Click the Move button.
This will call a pop-up on the page.
The Move to options presented will be based on the status tab you are on.
Note: In this example we are on the Hold tab, so the Hold (as "Force Hold") option is a grey color signifying it is not able to be selected.
Add a reason for the move.
This note will be added to the associates service log, and will also be viewable on the payable itself.
Click Move to submit the request.
When the submission is successful, you will get a success message under the associate name that you have moved.
To confirm the movement, navigate to the tab where the associate was moved to.
Search for the associate, or locate them in the Payable Status – Force section that you moved the submission to.
Click the arrow next to their name.
You will now see the payable status is Force (Pay, Hold, or Forfeit) whichever was the movement. Hover over the question mark icon and click it to view the movement details.
Note: The movement details will also be recorded on the associate summary service log.
