When some or all of a shipped order needs to be returned, you must first generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA page, within Corporate Office, allows you to view the current RMA details.
Quickly print, ship, and view RMAs directly from this page, as well as navigate to the Associate Detail and Order Detail pages.
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Inventory > RMA.
Allows you to view historical orders placed by associates. The default range on this page is the current day. You can, however, select any date range desired to view orders in that period.
Select the warehouse of which you want to view the RMAs.
Filter the RMA Orders list by status.
The available selections are:
- Any Status
- Partially Received
Search for RMAs by RMA Number and Associate Name/ID.
RMA Orders List
All of the RMAs are sorted in this list where you can view the date of the RMA, associate, order number, status, warehouse, and tracking number.
Print - Creates a printable RMA document that opens in a print dialog box.
Ship - Mark the RMA as shipped. A confirmation pop-up window will open. RMAs can’t be edited once shipped.
View - Navigates you to the Order Detail page for the RMA’s order.
