In Corporate Office, the Configure Associate Statuses page is where you view and create statuses that can be assigned to associates. A status is the state an associate has within your company (such as: Active, Inactive, etc.), and these attribute certain conditions to an associate, such as: being able to receive commission payments, suspension or even termination. During implementation, you are provided with a handful of statuses: Active, Inactive, Deleted, Suspended, and Terminated.
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Administration > Associate Statuses.

This button opens the Add Associate Status pop-up window.
Add Associate Status Pop-up
This pop-up is where you input and select information for a new status.
You can categorize the status by the Active, Inactive, or Canceled class options. You can also determine if the associate's commission payments are paid, held, or forfeited. Additionally, you can add further status change options when an associate is given the status, such as removing them from a specific tree or deleting their websites and logins.
Configure Associate Statuses List
This list displays the different statuses that have been created, their class, commission status, and any status change options configured to the status.
This button opens the Edit Associate Status pop-up for the corresponding status.

This pop-up allows you to edit information of the status, changing status class, commission status, or status change options.
