The LoginEvents page features an easy way to add pop-up messages and redirects to your eCommerce Shop.
There are two types of LoginEvents:
- Pop-ups - Used to deliver messages to users upon login. Common uses include welcome videos or important announcements.
- Redirects - When users need to be directed anywhere other that the Homepage upon login, such as redirecting users of a certain rank to a special products page.

This guide will show you the steps involved in creating a basic redirect login event.
In eCommerce Admin, navigate to: Advanced Customization > LoginEvents.
In the LoginEvents page, click the + ADD NEW button and select Add Redirect.
The Add Redirect Login Events pop-up window opens.
In the pop-up, enter a Redirect Name to add context to the login event and aid in finding it later.
Enter the URL to where the logged-in user will be navigated.
Click the Published toggle on to publish the redirect now after you save the configuration.
Alternatively, you can publish the redirect from the LoginEvents LIst by clicking the Publish icon.
The rest of the settings are Multi-Faceted Configuration (MFC).
Enter your specific configurations on who can view the redirect.

The pop-up closes and the configuration appears in the LoginEvents List.
In the eCommerce Shop, login to an account and you’ll be navigated to the page entered in the URL field.
The redirect will perform if it is published and the correct MFC settings are in place.
