It’s important for any successful business to have consistent branding across all their platforms. The Branding page is where you add your custom images that will appear in different areas across the Web Office.
- Calendar Large Background (2560 x 415 JPG): Used as the primary image on the large calendar view in Tools > Calendar.
- Calendar Small Background (612 x 344 JPG): Used as the primary image on the Homepage > Calendar widget.
- Profile Background (1000 x 250 JPG): Used as the primary image on the user profile background in Business > Team Dashboard.
- Share Page Background (1280 x 720 JPG): Used as the background image of the externally facing page used to display shared documents and media.
In Web Office Admin, navigate to: Web Office Configuration > Branding.
In the Images section, click the size square of the image you want to change.
You computer’s file finder opens.
Navigate to your image’s saved location on your computer and click Open.
Your image is added.
Repeat for each image tile.
