6 steps to complete
In the Web Office Commissions page, associates can view a breakdown of their commissions for the current period. You can customize the data show in this report in the Web Office Admin.
In Web Office Admin, navigate to: Web Office Configuration > Commissions and Pay History.
Under the Period Selector section, click the Weekly and/or Monthly checkboxes to enable/disable the Weekly/Monthly tabs in the Web Office.
Under the Bonus Reports section, you can drag-and-drop each bonus to change the order the data appears in the report.
Click the arrow next to the bonus name to expand the bonus configuration.
For each bonus configuration, you can toggle on/off, change the Display Name, and drag-and-drop the order of the column names that will appear in the report.
You can edit/delete a bonus by clicking the Edit icon.
The Edit Bonus Report pop-up window opens where you can change the Bonus Display Name.
Click the Trash icon to delete.
To add a bonus click the + ADD BONUS button.
