The WebSites & BackOffice page is where reset an associate’s password manually, disable login, and view/set their replicated site addresses.

Finding the Page
From the Associate Detail section, click the WebSites & BackOffices tab.
The associate’s password for the Web Office can be manually reset by a support rep here. Once the password is reset, the associate can login to their Web Office and reset the password to be more personal and secure.
Note: There is no notification sent from Corporate Office if the associate’s password is updated through this method.

Associates’ accounts can be disabled, preventing Web Office login.
When the Disable Login button is clicked, a pop-up will be called for confirmation.
If Disable Account is clicked, the associate will be unable to login to the Web Office. They will receive the following error on the login page if attempted:
If an account is disabled, the button changes to say Enable Account. Click this button to re-enable login.
Impersonate in Office
Login to an associate’s Web Office instance.
The Websites section displays the associate’s personal replicated site address.
To view the website, select the address under URL.
Setting Up Default Webalias
A webalias is an associate’s username. When a customer navigates to your eCommerce Shop (i.e.,
[CLIENTID].shop.directscale.com) they will be presented with this screen:
This happens when there is no default webalias setup, so a customer has to enter a username of an associate under whom to create an order.
This customer, however, may not have been referred to your eCommerce Shop by anyone and just wants to order products from your company.
