The Web Office Home > Marketing Sites widget displays your company’s replicated/shop site URL.
This URL will include a webalias that will change to the associate’s username or chosen site name, linking to their replicated site/shop.
This guide will show you the steps involved in adding your marketing site’s URL to the widget.
In Web Office Admin, navigate to: Advanced Settings > Widgets.
Expand the Marketing Sites section.
Click the + button.
The Marketing Sites pop-up window opens.
Under the SETTINGS tab, enter your replicated site URL(s) in the field(s) and include
replace_WebAlias where ever the associate’s username/site name appears in the URL. The associate’s username/site name will automatically be swapped into the URL in the Web Office widget.

Under the WIDGET ELEMENTS tab, select the Customer Type.
Customer Type is another name for Associate Type, read more: Base Associate Types, Associate Types, and Price Groups Explained
Select the markets (i.e., countries) where the changes will apply.
Click the ELEMENTS button.
A series of checkboxes appear where you can select different elements to include in the Web Office Home > Marketing Sites widget.
Repeat the steps for each market, if necessary.
Once you Marketing Site URL, you’ll want to add it to the Tracked Sites page in order for the Visited and Enrolled counters, in the Home > Marketing Sites widget, to work.
Navigate to: Code Customization > Tracked Sites.
Click the + ADD TRACKED SITE button.
The Add Tracked Site pop-up window opens.
In the URL field, enter your Marketing Site URL with
/www as the default webalias.
For example: if the Marketing Site URL that you entered in Step 3 looked like
shop.companysite.com/replace_WebAlias, then for this step, you would enter
Repeat Steps 10-12 for each Marketing Site URL.
