The Rewards store needs to allow ordering for items to appear in the shops.

Finding the Settings

In Corporate Office, navigate to: Inventory > Manage Stores.

Allowing Ordering

- Locate the Rewards store in the list.
- In the Allow Ordering column, there should be a
icon.
If Allow Ordering is Unchecked

- Click the Edit button.
- Check the Allow Ordering checkbox.
- Click Save.
