The Web Office Admin’s Setting Page holds many features for additional features and customizations. This guide will help you to understand more about each of the settings and how they function.

Placement Suite
The Placement Suite page uses the string all_new_personal
to give instructions on these configurations. After these settings are configured to your preference, it’s recommended to add the details of these rules to the instructions to better inform Associates of your configurations.
Must Place Days
Text Field:
Enabled: Determine the number of days a new Associate can appear on the Placement Suite page before they need to be placed within a commission Tree.
Enter the time limit in days (for example, 4).

Placement Suite Allow Customer Type
Dropdown:
Enabled: Determine which Associate Types will appear on the Placement Suite page to be placed and enrolled.
Placement Tree Type
Dropdown:
Enabled: Determines the Tree type the new Associate will be placed into on the Placement Suite page. They will add to the Associate user’s Residual Tree Level 1.
Note: While new Associates are in the Associate user’s Placement Suite, all commissions and bonuses are paid in the regularly scheduled weekly and monthly bonus periods based on their tree level in the Associate user’s Residual Tree.
Important: If the new Associate is not moved to another position in Associate user’s organization within the configured period, they will remain on the Associate user’s Level 1, creating a new leg in their Residual Tree.
Get Associates for Placement
Dropdown:
Enabled: Determines the Tree types Sponsors can move new Associates to after they’ve been placed on the Placement Suite page.
Community
Abuse Email
Text Field:

Enabled: In the Web Office Community page and Community widget, Associates can flag inappropriate comments. When a comment is flagged, an email gets triggered and sent to the email address added to this field.

Report Center
IsAllowExportReport
Toggle:
Enabled: This enables the ability to export reports with the Report Center page.

Disabled: Removes the export button.

Toggle:
Enabled: Displays the Team tab in the Web Office Notification pop-up.

Disabled: Removes the Team Tab from the Web Office Notification pop-up.

Enabled: Displays the Prospects tab in the Web Office Notification pop-up.

Disabled: Removes the Prospects tab from the Web Office Notification pop-up.

Enabled: Shows the Language dropdown in the Web Office Login page and the Settings pop-up when the profile image is clicked.


Disabled: The Language dropdown won’t display in the Web Office Login page or the Settings pop-up.

Toggle:
Enabled: Allows an Associate to edit their birth date in the Web Office Settings page under the Account section in the Personal Info field.

Disabled: The Associate won’t be able to edit their birth date on the page.

Enabled: If no coupons are selected in the Web Office Place Order page, and the Proceed to Checkout button is clicked, a confirmation pop-up will appear to ensure the Associate wants to proceed.

Disabled: When the Proceed to Checkout button is clicked, the confirmation pop-up won’t show.

IsShowVolumeLabel
Toggle:
Enabled: Displays the QV in the Place Order page. This amount displays underneath the price of the Product Boxes and under the item price of the Cart Slider pop-up.
It also displays this value in the Order Checkout page in a column to the left of the Price Column. Lastly, it displays the Unit QV column in the Web Office Invoice page.



Disabled: The QV amount won’t appear on any of these pages.
Strings:

Global_volumelabel
: This String affects the text in the Place Order page and Order Checkout page. Generally, it has a text entry of {{value}} to make it dynamic and add in the system’s configured QV values, but you can add the additional text before and after this value. -
Volume_Label
: This String affects the Unit QV text that appears on the Web Office Invoice page.
IsShowUnitCV
Toggle:
Enabled: Displays the Unit CV Column in the Web Office Invoice page.

Disabled: Removes the Unit CV Column in the Web Office Invoice page.

VisaComplianceAgreements
Toggle:
Enabled: Allows terms and conditions checkboxes to be visible. Specifically, the Cancellation and Refund checkbox and Terms of Sale checkbox in the Web Office Checkout page and the AutoShip Editor Checkout page.
When the TermsandConditionsforCustomers_Autoship, TermsandConditionsforDistributors_Autoship,TermsandConditionsforCustomers_Order, and TermsandConditionsforDistributors_Order are configured correctly, this toggle makes the terms and conditions checkboxes they correlate with, visible in the AutoShip Editor Checkout page and Web Office Checkout page.


Disabled: Removes the various terms and checkboxes mentioned from the Web Office Checkout page and the AutoShip Editor Checkout page.

Address1CharacterLimit
Toggle:
Enabled: Determines the character limit for the first Address Line where it appears. It’s recommended to make the limit 80, as many 3PLs have this character limit.
Disabled: Removes character limitations for the first Address Line.

Toggle:
Enabled: Determines the character limit for the second Address Line where it appears. It’s recommended to make the limit 80, as many 3PLs have this character limit.
Disabled: Removes character limitations for the second Address Line.
CityCharacterLimit
Toggle:
Enabled: Determines the character limit for Cities where they are added. It’s recommended to make the limit 30, as many 3PLs have this character limit.
Disabled: Removes character limitations for Cities.
AutoOrder
IsShowDeleteButton
Toggle:
Enabled: Shows the DELETE button when editing an AutoShip in the Manage Autoship page.

Disabled: Removes the DELETE button.

Toggle:
Enabled: Shows the + button in the Manage Autoship page.

Disabled: Removes the + button from the page.
TermsandConditionsforCustomers_Autoship
Dropdown:

Enabled: Determines who can see the Terms and Conditions checkbox in the AutoShip Editor Checkout page. It is recommended to choose Retail Associate and Preferred Customer Only in this dropdown.
Important: This dropdown needs the toggle VisaComplianceAgreements in the Global section to be enabled to make these configurations visible on the page.

Disabled: The Terms and Conditions checkbox will not be visible.

Dropdown:

Enabled: Determines who can see the Terms and Conditions checkbox in the AutoShip Editor Checkout page. It’s recommended to select Distributor in this dropdown.
Note: This dropdown needs the toggle VisaComplianceAgreements in the Global section to be enabled to make the configurations visible on the page.

Disabled: The Terms and Conditions checkbox will not be visible.

Toggle:
Enabled: Adds the option to reset the login password by entering an Email address on the Web Office Login page.

Disabled: Removes the option to reset the login password by entering an Email address.

Note: It’s recommended to add Email as an option to the string having_login_trouble_description.

Toggle:
Enabled: Adds the option to reset the login password by entering a Customer ID in the Web Office Login page.

Disabled: Removes the option to reset the login password by entering a Customer ID.

Note: It’s recommended to add Customer ID as an option to the string having_login_trouble_description.
ResetEmailSenderName
Text Field:

Enabled: Determines the email address that displays for the email notification an Associate receives after resetting their password.
Data Security
IsDataSecurity
Toggle:
Enabled: This toggle works in correlation with the Data Privacy page, turning on the filtering rules configured for that page.
Disabled: The rules configured for the Data Privacy page won’t be enabled.
Shopping
Uses Reward Points
Toggle:
Enabled: If you have the Reward Points function configured, this will turn on that functionality within the Web Office. Along with enabling that function, this toggle enables a section on the Your Order slider pop-up in the Web Office Order Checkout page displaying the total number of reward points the Associate has.

Disabled: Disables the Reward Points function.
Note: Logout and re-enter the Web Office for changes to take effect

Text Field:

Enabled: This determines the limit of reward points used for orders made with the Web Office Order Checkout page.
Note: if left blank or if 0 is the value added, it does not mean Associates can use unlimited points, it means 0 points can be used.
Disabled: Disables the Reward Points function.

TermsandConditionsforCustomers_Order
Dropdown:

Enabled: Determines who can see the Terms and Conditions checkbox on the Web Office Order Checkout page. It’s recommended to select Retail Associate and Preferred Customer Only in this dropdown.

Enabled: Shows the Return Items button in the Order Details page allowing Associates to return items with the Web Office.

Disabled: Removes the Return Items button from the Order Details page preventing Associates from returning items with the Web Office.

Hide Payment Methods
Dropdown:

Enabled: Hides the payment methods selected from the Payment Card dropdown in the Web Office Order Checkout page and AutoShip Editor Checkout page.

Disabled: Adds the payment methods selected to the Payment Card dropdown on the Web Office Order Checkout page and AutoShip Editor Checkout page.
