Allowing an Email Address to be used to Reset the Login Password
Toggle:
Enabled: Adds the option to reset the login password by entering an Email address on the Web Office Login page.

Disabled: Removes the option to reset the login password by entering an Email address.
String: fg_mail
It’s recommended to add Email as an option to the string having_login_trouble_description.
Allowing a Customer ID to be used to Reset the Login Password
Toggle:
Enabled: Adds the option to reset the login password by entering a Customer ID in the Web Office Login page.

Disabled: Removes the option to reset the login password by entering a Customer ID.
String: fg_custid
It’s recommended to add Customer ID as an option to the string having_login_trouble_description.
Determining the Email Address that Displays in the Reset Password Email
Text Field:

Enabled: Determines the email address that displays for the email notification an associate receives after resetting their password.
