Suppose the Associate removes their credit card(s) from their account. Is there a way to locate the card information elsewhere? For example, in a previous order?
DirectScale does not store credit card information. After your integrated payment merchant has captured the card, they send DirectScale a token representing the card details. You can check with your merchant if they store it. Because we don’t store the full card number, there is no way to fully restore the card number in DirectScale.
