For “Out of Stock” statuses to work and to properly track stock, you must toggle the IsOutOfStock setting Web Office Admin.

Finding the Page
In Web Office Admin, navigate to: Advanced Settings > Settings.
[CLIENTID].admin.directscale.com/#/Settings
Toggling IsOutOfStock Setting

Expand the Global section.

Locate the IsOutOfStock toggle.
If you don’t see the toggle, then you must add it.

Click the IsOutOfStock toggle to enable it.

Click SAVE.
Adding New Existing Settings
If you don’t see the IsOutOfStock toggle under the Global section, then you must add it:

Click + ADD NEW EXISTING SETTINGS.
The Add Existing Setting pop-up window opens.

Select the Global Category.

Click both IsOutOfStock toggles.

Click SAVE.
