Toggling Out Of Stock Status in Web Office Admin

For “Out of Stock” statuses to work and to properly track stock, you must toggle the IsOutOfStock setting Web Office Admin.

To toggle the out-of-stock status:

  1. Expand the Global section.

  2. Locate the IsOutOfStock toggle.

    If you don’t see the IsOutOfStock toggle under the Global section, then you must add it:

    1. Click + ADD NEW EXISTING SETTINGS.

    The Add Existing Setting pop-up window opens.

    1. Select the Global Category.
    2. Click both IsOutOfStock toggles.
    3. Click SAVE.
  3. Click the IsOutOfStock toggle to enable it.

  4. Click SAVE.
