With the Banners page, you can add images to the Home > Banners widget.
Accessing the Configuration

Click the ADD BANNER button.
The Add Banner pop-up window opens.

In the pop-up, enter a Title that will appear under the banner in the widget.

Type a Description for the banner that will appear under the title.
Uploading an Image

Under the Image section, click the CLICK TO SELECT IMAGE area.
Your computer’s file finder dialog box will open.

Navigate to your image and click Open.
The image must be less than 50MB to upload. Banners must be at least 644px in width, with an aspect ratio of 16:9.

Alternatively, in the Image section dropdown, select Enter Image URL.

Type the Image URL to the image file.
Use this when an image is hosted in a cloud-based app or your own CMS with a public URL. Use the complete URL including
https://
(for example,https://www.directscale.com/images/banner.png/
).
Adding a Call to Action

In the Call to Action Link field, type the URL where the banner takes you when clicked.
- For internal pages: Add the page location using a forward slash before the location name. (for example,
#/Commissions
). - For external pages: Use the complete URL including
http://
orhttps://
.

Select Open in New Window, if necessary.
As a rule of thumb, if the link points to an external site, select the option to Open in New Window.

In the Call to Action Text field, type some additional text that will appear on the banner.
This can be flavor text, or indicative text (for example, “Click Here to Learn More!”)
Note: Only necessary if you enter a Call to Action Link.
Saving the Banner

Turn on the Published toggle if you’d like to publish the banner once you save the configuration.
Note: You can also publish the banner later in the Banners List by clicking the icon.

The rest of the settings are Multi-Faceted Configuration (MFC). Enter your specific configurations on who can view the banner.

Click SAVE.
Changing the Order Banners appear in the Web Office Widget

In the Banner Details & Order List, click and drag the banner to a higher or lower position in the list.

Drop the banner in its new position.
The Web Office Admin page will automatically save, and the banner will appear in its new sort order in the Web Office once refreshed.
