Configuring the Web Office Commissions History Report

In the Web Office, Associates can view a breakdown report of their paid commissions and bonuses on the Commissions page.

You can customize this page in The Web Office Admin to show/hide the weekly bonus breakdown reports and filter the displayed columns.

Enabling/Disabling Period Tabs

  1. Under Period Selector, locate the checkboxes for each Weekly and Monthly.

  2. Check each box to enable the Weekly and Monthly filters tabs in the Web Office Commissions page left sidebar. These filters change the period of the displayed data.

Customizing Commissions Report Bonuses

Bonus Reports section

In the Bonus Reports section, you can add or delete bonus types from the Web Office Commissions page Commissions report.

  1. Drag-and-drop each bonus to change the order that the data appears in the report.

  2. Click the arrow next to the bonus name to expand the bonus configuration.

  3. In each bonus configuration, for the column names that will appear in the report:

    • Toggle on/off

    • Change the Display Name

    • Drag-and-drop the order.

  4. to edit/delete a bonus, click the Edit icon.

    The Edit Bonus Report pop-up window opens where you can change the Bonus Display Name.

  5. Click the Trash icon to delete.

Adding Bonuses

You define bonus names in your compensation plan. If you’ve added more bonuses to your compensation plan, you can add them to the report.

  You’ll need the Bonus ID. The Bonus ID is the name defined with the Rule Bonus attribute in your compensation plan. Read more about Creating Rules.
  1. Under the Bonus Reports section, click the + ADD BONUS button.

  2. In the pop-up, enter your Bonus ID.

  3. Enter the Bonus Display Name that will show in the Web Office Commissions report.

  4. Click SAVE.

    Your bonus is added to the Bonus Reports List.

  5. Click the arrow next to your bonus to expand the configuration.

    You can toggle on/off, change the Display Name, and drag-and-drop the order of the column names that will appear in the report.

  6. Click SAVE.
