In Corporate Office, you can add more login options for Associates to use to access their Web Office.

Finding the Page
In Corporate Office, navigate to: Administration > Advanced Settings > Associate CRM.
Managing Web Office Login Options
In the Login section of the page, enable the extra options Associates can use to login to the Web Office.
- Login Using Email - Allow Associates to use their email in the Username field of the Web Office Login page to login.
- Login Using BackOffice ID - Allow Associates to use their BackOffice ID to login.
Click the Save Changes button.
