Managing Web Office Login Options

Admin: Corporate Admin
Page: Settings > Advanced Settings > Associate CRM
Permission: ViewAdministration(), ViewAdvancedSettings()

In Corporate Admin, you can add more login options for Associates to use to access their Web Office.

  1. In the Login section of the page, enable the extra options Associates can use to login to the Web Office.

    Login section
    • Login Using Email - Allow Associates to use their email in the Username field of the Web Office Login page to log in.
    • Login Using BackOffice ID - Allow Associates to use their BackOffice ID to log in.
  2. Click the Save Changes button.
