You can require new enrolled Associate Types 1-3 to add an AutoShip item to their cart. Failure to do so will restrict them from checking out.

Finding the Page
In eCommerce Admin, navigate to: Company Setting > Settings.
Toggling Required AutoShip
- Expand the Autoship section.
- There are three AutoShip Required toggles:
- Click each toggle you want to enable.
- Click the SAVE button.
Depending on the environment (Live/Stage), the toggles may have different names. If the names preceding steps don’t show, look for:
- Require Autoship: New Preferred Customer sign up
- Require Autoship: New Retail Customer sign up
- Require Autoship: New Distributor sign up.
