How to Subscribe to Release Notes

Want to stay on top of new DirectScale features and bug fixes? Every Friday, we detail the awesome stuff we’ve done in the form of Release Notes, posted to the Help Center Community. If you want to get notified when we post the Release Notes, this article will show you how.

Creating a Help Center Account

Only those with a Help Center account can follow the Release Notes. To create an account:

  1. Click Sign in.

    Sign in to the Help Center
  2. If you’ve communicated with Customer Care through email previously, you’re already registered. You’ll need to set up a password:

    1. Click Get a password.

      Reset password
    2. In the resulting form, enter your email address.

    3. Click Submit.

      Submit the request
    4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

  3. Or, if you’re new to DirectScale:

    1. Click Sign Up.

      Sign up for a Help Center account
    2. In the resulting form, enter your full name and your email address.

    3. Click Sign up.

      Complete the sign-up

Following the Release Notes

Following the Release Notes topic subscribes you to receive email notifications when we create a new posting. To follow:

  1. Sign in to the Help Center.

    Sign in to the Help Center
  2. From the home page, click Release Notes. Or, navigate via Community > Release Notes.

    Navigate to the Release Notes topic
  3. Click the Follow button.
