Ability to Change Order Details before Order Ships

We'd like the ability to update the items on an order and charge the difference if an order is complete but not yet exported to the warehouse. This would let us fix issues without duplicating orders or paying for shipping twice. It's something our team was used to with a previous software so it's requested every once in a while on our side.

As an aside, one thing we do is that we'll go into the data editor to swap one product out for another in the data tables with order details... but this only works if the price of the swapped product is identical. (We have singular prices points in many categories), so this works for us, but it may not work as well if your prices vary more than ours.
