Show QV on order *after* applied coupon discount

Right now, if you place an order that you apply a coupon to, it reduces the QV. I generally want it to do that (though there's a request elsewhere to have the option to not have it apply to QV/CV). That said, for the current system, I wish it was clear at checkout what the QV of an order was. Right now, if you have $100 of QV in your cart and a $30 off coupon code applied, the reduced QV doesn't show on the order confirmation screen (of $70). I'd like folks that place an order with a coupon applied to be able to see what the order QV is after the coupon is applied.
