Facilitate Setting Page Title on Custom Pages

I would like there to be an easier way to set the page title of any given page, custom pages in particular, so it doesn't say "CustomPages" as the default page title in the browser tab.  In order to do this currently I have to wrap my html for the custom page in a controller, and then add javascript to reference the titleService that sets it with a string key.  Then I have to go and add the string key and value.
