Add associate status ID to API.V2.GetChatData

Kynect wants to restrict Team Emails from being sent to certain associate statuses.  CS calls API.V2.GetChatData to get associate details for sending Team Email, but the API response doesn't return associate status.  India would like DS Product to add associate status ID as a property to that API response.
