Enabling the Re-Run Order feature

How do we turn on the Re-Run Order feature, that shows up when an order fails, so the customer can update their CC info?

  • The re-run order feature can be enabled/disabled by reaching out to Customer Care. This requires an internal setting adjustment that is not currently available in web office settings.
