Bonus points if there was an option to then give them email updates on that tracking number tied into UPS / USPS / Fedex... (Like: your package is out for delivery today! or Your package is scheduled for delivery on Tuesday 3/24! or whatnot)
I wasn't aware that this wasn't a current feature. Our team would love to see a feature like this and it seems like an essential feature.
