Shipping Method table option

We would like to see additional functionality in Shipping Methods allowing one to create a table to establish shipping charges based on order subtotals (Before shipping and tax).

Example:   Standard shipping charge for order subtotal under $80 would be $7.95. Standard shipping for order subtotal greater than $80 would be $11.95.

    This is what we use but it had to be done custom through SolutionStream.
