Release Notes: July 9, 2020

🎁 New Features and 🌟 Enhancements for All!

🌟 Improved! AutoShip Frequency Selector Support [Retail Site] The feature enabling shoppers to select their autoship frequency exists when setting up an autoship in the Web Office and has been extended to the retail site.

🌟 Improved! Data Editor Returns Top 50 Results [Corp Admin] To improve the usability and speed of the Data Editor, we added in logic to return the top 50 results when using the Data Editor. 

🌟 Improved! Removed Rank0 Icons [Web Office Admin] Rank0 is no longer used but the Visual Tree was treating anyone without a rank as Rank0 instead of their associate type. Rank0 has been removed and the Visual Tree should now show either the real rank icon or default to the associate type icons.

🐞 Bugs That Have Been Squashed

🐞Fixed: Missing Error Messaging on SQL Queries [Corp Admin] When using the SQL Manager with a query that returns an error, the system was just spinning without informing the user that the query failed. This has been fixed so if there is an error in the query the page will inform the user.

🐞Fixed: Missing AutoShip Frequencies From Services [Corp Admin] If you were trying to create a service to set up an autoship with a bi-monthly, tri-monthly, or bi-annualy frequency, the creation of the autoship would fail. These types of autoship frequencies have been added in to unify the support for all the frequency types we offer.

🐞Fixed: Search Associate ID Priorities [Corp Admin] The search priority was not treating smaller associate IDs as an exact match and put similar account IDs ahead in the list.  This made it hard to find associates with a smaller ID number in sequence. I.e. associate ID 1234 would be further down the list than 123456 when searching exactly for associate 1234. 

🐞Fixed: Currency Symbol Missing From Coupons [Retail Site] With the new coupon availability in the Retail Site, there was a bug not pulling through the currency symbol on the description of the coupon. 

🐞Fixed: Activity Log Date Filter [Retail Site Admin] The date filter at the top of the Activity Log wasn’t using the same timezone as the logs themselves making it hard to see the actual activity being logged. 

🐞Fixed: Unified Admin Settings Not Saving [Unified Admin] Some settings were not being saved to the proper databases and caused the default settings to be saved over anything that was intended to be saved. This has been fixed. 

🐞Fixed: Order of Login Events Confusion [Retail Site] When multiple login events were configured on the Retail Site, redirection events weren’t happening when they were ordered before pop up events. This has been fixed so redirection events can happen with pop ups coming after. 

🐞Fixed: AutoShip Confirmation Page “Invalid Date” [Web Office] When using a different date format other than dd/mm/yyyy the confirmation page for your autoship would indicate that the next run date was “Invalid date”. This has been fixed to support all date formats.

🐞Fixed: Carts Admin Not Mobile Friendly [Web Office Admin] The Manage Carts page has been fixed to be usable on a mobile device. 

📘 Help Center and Training

📘New! Coupons Guide [Guide] Using this guide, customers can set up coupons in the system. All coupons are created in Corporate Office by an admin. From there, coupons can be assigned to specific associates or items.

📘New! How to Add the Sample Check Information in the Corporate Office [Article] Added an article so customers can add company details to create a Sample Check for the company and use it as a template to pay commissions with checks as the payment method.

📘New! Customizing the eCommerce Shop Login Page [Video] Added this supporting video for steps in Retail Shop customization.

📘New! Creating Login Events in the eCommerce Shop. [Video] Added this supporting video for steps in Retail Shop customization.

📘New! Adding JavaScript Insertions in the eCommerce Shop. [Video] Added this supporting video for steps in Retail Shop customization.

🌟 Improved! GenericFTP Implementation [Guide] Added what columns are included in the file by default and changed it from an article to a guide and split it up into parts.

🌟 Improved! Visible SCM (IntegraCore) Implementation [Guide] Moved this article to the Guides section and split it up into parts.

🔮 What Cool Things Are We Working On?

• Unifying the Admin experience across all our tools.
• Ongoing enhancements to improve Retail Admin’s ease of use and add new configurable settings.
• We are creating more user guides for specific parts of the system such as adding a new market.
• We are exploring a new way to deliver developer documentation beyond API documentation including articles with specific code examples.
• We are documenting the testing needed for going Live with your platform.
