Release Notes: January 21, 2022

🎉 HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We are already a few weeks into 2022, but from all of us at DirectScale we wish you a Happy New Year!  We are excited for your success this year, and we are equally excited about what DirectScale has in store for our clients.

We haven’t published release notes in a little while 😬 so let us catch you up on what we’ve done over the last few releases:

Corporate Admin

• Automatic Reward Points Distribution – You can now enable automatic reward points distribution from qualifying orders without custom code!  Before getting started, there is a release toggle that must be enabled.  Learn More
• FlexPay + NMI for AutoShip Payment Recovery – Autoship payment recovery with FlexPay is now available through our NMI merchant integration, in addition to Nexio (release in August 2021).  FlexPay uses AI and machine-learning models to recover failed autoship payments.  If you haven’t looked into this yet, you really should!  Learn More
• Homepage by Role – Configure, by role, the first page admin users see when they login to the Corporate Admin.  Learn More

Public API

• Search Associate – We’ve added an optional Boolean called includeWebAliases on the Search Associate Public API endpoint request which, when true, will add the associate web alias(es) to the response object.  Learn More

Web Office Admin

• Branding – Another branding image has been added in the Web Office Admin branding tool called “Small Logo - Color” which will be used later on in the new Web Office design we are working on.  As of now it doesn’t do anything in the current web office but there will be more on this later this year!

Web Office

• Parties – Several text strings on the Party Dashboard and various party widgets were updated to support translations.
• Report Center – We improved the backend logic for the Next Autoship Date KPI to display the most accurate date.
