Associate ID is Not Valid Error during Enrollment


Suppose an Associate wants to sponsor a new enrollment. In that case, they can choose to complete the enrollment process for the new enrollee by filling out and submitting the Enrollment Application on the eCommerce Shop. However, If the Sponsor Associate is:

  • Logged-in to the eCommerce Shop
  • Submits the enrollment application for someone else while logged-in

After attempting to submit the Application, an error, like the following, may display:

Associate ID '2' is not valid.

Error: Associate ID ‘9999888’ is not valid.


To avoid this issue, The Sponsor Associate must:

  1. Log out of their eCommerce Shop account.
  2. Re-try enrolling the person.
