An error saying “Couldn’t Authorize” displays while trying to process commission payments.
Generally, this is the error sent when authorization from the DirectScale Platform to your payment provider has failed. The steps to determine the cause for the failure are:
Check that your payment provider credentials are correct and up to date, correct them if needed. See: Setting Up a Money Out Payment Provider for more information.
Important: Common errors to look for may include typos or implementations that weren’t set up properly.
If there were errors, continue to Step 2. If there were no errors, continue to Step 3.
Retry processing the commission payment.
If there continue to be errors, continue to Step 3.
Contact your payment provider to ensure that configurations from their end are functioning properly.
