The Corporate Office Portal allows for issuing a refund for an order that has not shipped.
Here’s an interactive tutorial for the visual learners:
In Data and Commissions, click the Associates tab.

You are now on the Find Associates page.
On the Find Associates page, type the name of the associate in the search bar for whom you want to create an order, press Enter on your keyboard.

Note: you can search by Name, Associate ID, Associate Type, Phone Number, and Email.

In the search results, click the name of the associate.

You are now on the Associate Detail page.
On the Associate Detail page, click Order History tab.

You are now on the Order History page.
On the Order History page, click the Period Selector to filter the date range of the order you want to refund.

The Order History list below will show only the orders within the selected date range.
In Order History list, click the Order Number of the order to be refunded.

Note: it should be in a Paid status.

On the Order Number page, scroll down to the Payments section, and click on the arrow to expand the Payments bar.

In the expanded Payments bar, click the Refund button on the right.

In the Refund Payment pop-up window, in the Refund Amount text field, type the amount to be refunded.

Note: You can issue a partial refund, or leave the Refund Amount text field alone to issue a full refund.
Click the Manual Refund checkbox, If you would like to do a cash refund.

Once clicked, the Refund Transaction ID text field reveals.
In the Refund Transaction ID text field, enter a transaction ID.

Click the Process Refund button in the bottom right corner, when finished.

The Refund Payment pop-up window will close and the order will now be in a Refunded status and a note will be added to the order activity log..
The order will refund the payment to the Associate through the payment method that was used to fund the order.
Note: Because the order totals calculate and display tax based on total order, individual items in the order don’t have the tax amount identified. If you are only refunding one item from the order and want to include the tax and shipping charge, it will need to be manually calculated. If the full order amount is refunded, all volume will be returned as well. If this is a partial refund, volume will need to be returned through other processes.
