Resending an Associate's Order Receipt

Often people enter the wrong email address on their enrollment application or order. You can resend the Order Confirmation email on the order’s Detail page:

  1. Click the Resend Order Receipt button.

    The Resend Order Receipt pop-up window opens.

  2. In the pop-up, click the Send Email button.

    The email sends immediately.
